Your mission

You are the key interface between client, user, and code.

You build bridges between people and machines.

Your success is measured by enthusiastic clients and happy users.

You oversee the classic project management triangle and actively contribute to the development of concepts. In doing so, you help ensure that consistent processes and data flows create efficient user journeys.

In short:

You ensure that complex requirements are transformed into digital products that are intuitive to use and enjoyable. Agile methods support the project workflow.

Your daily business

You are responsible for structure, clarity, and progress within projects:

• Planning and managing software projects in the context of complex web applications in the MarTech environment
• Advising clients on technical implementation options
• Translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks
• Collaborating with developers, architects, and UX/UI specialists
• Contributing conceptually to the development of API interfaces
• Defining acceptance criteria and conducting tests
• Managing project progress using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, and Confluence

Must-haves

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience with a service provider, agency, or consulting company
• Project management experience in web applications, software, or IT, as well as strong technical understanding
• Experience in the practical application of Scrum and/or Kanban
• Structured and self-reliant working style
• Very good German and English language skills

Nice-to-haves

• Industry experience in automotive, pharmaceutical, or logistics sectors
• Experience with complex data or integration projects
• Practical experience in software development
